Fairlawn, OH, USA, September 29, 2009 (NYSE: OMN) – OMNOVA Solutions today announced that TRI-KES will distribute OMNOVA’s Tower® commercial wallcovering brand primarily throughout the Mountain West and Western regions of the United States, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Jersey (south of I-80), New Mexico, Nevada, New York (New York City metro area only), Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. This agreement is effective immediately.
By partnering with TRI-KES, OMNOVA is extending an already successful manufacturer-distribution relationship to better serve the architectural, design and contracting communities with world-class service for its Tower brand. In addition to distributing Tower wallcoverings, TRI-KES also distributes OMNOVA’s Scion™ wallcoverings across the Mountain West and Western United States.
